Radio Sports Live was born from a dream which had lasted almost 10 years. This dream has turned into reality with Tim starting the station from his home to initially cover non-league football in and around Dorset at clubs like Hamworthy United and Christchurch.
We are a non-profit radio station run by volunteers giving their time for the cause, our presenters invest in their own equipment to bring you live and pre-recorded shows, any help with donations will always be appreciated to help cover our running cost such as mobile internet, computers, microphones, headphones, leads, streaming service, website hosting and our PPL license plus many smaller items.
The aim is to bring more local presenters onboard giving them chance to broadcast specialist shows from their own homes to give them a step on the ladder with shows comprising of rock, the ’80s, soul, party, dance, reggae, and much more in the near future. If you have an event that you would like covered live please initially email as much detail to us as possible including venue, date, hours, access etc, the more information the better, we will only say yes or no.
